1.2 Shipping Costs & Weight

 

· Standard Rate: AED 30 + 5% VAT for parcels up to 5kg

· Additional Weight: AED 1 + VAT per additional kilogram (optional)

· Free Shipping: Available on orders exceeding AED 1000 and up.

· Express Delivery: +AED 20 for same-day delivery (orders before 12:00 PM) (optional)

 

1.3 Order Processing

 

· Cut-off Time: 6:00 PM daily for next-day delivery

· Order Confirmation: Sent within 2 hours of purchase

· Tracking Information: Provided via SMS/Email once dispatched (Link and access will provided by 3rd party)

· Delivery Hours: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Opened Electronics 7 days Factory seals broken but product unused

 

4.2 Non-Returnable Items

· Customized or personalized products

· Downloaded digital content and software
